Come Make an Elegant Wire Ring

Acclaimed Jewelry Artist, Designer and Instructor
Annette Kinslow
March 3 from 1-3 pm
Renowned jewelry artist and teacher, Annette
Kinslow, will be teaching a seminar on wire wrapping using one of
her unique, original designs:
The Elegant Wire Ring.
The ring can be made of copper wire or silver wire.
It’s strong and beautiful.
You’ll be proud to show your family and friends what you’ve
accomplished, and, yes, you will walk out of class with a finished
piece of lovely, one-of-a-kind jewelry.
In the
class you’ll learn not only the technique to make the ring,
but you’ll learn about the history of wire, the history and
development of dichroic glass (the “stone” in the ring is
dichroic), and theories of creativity.
Get away from your daily worries for a few hours and
come have fun with some new friends.
Cost of the class with a copper kit (looks marvelous)
is $65 or with a silver kit, $100.
Each kit will include a dichroic cabochon—you’ll have
your pick from several.

Upcoming Art
Show at Brazosport Art League Gallery
Annette has
been invited to exhibit her collages & wall art at the Brazosport
Art League Gallery in Lake Jackson, Tx in addition the exhibit
will include her jewelry along with jewelry from two very respected
and well known Texas artists, Chiffvon York & Tracy Roberts. The
exhibit is May 1- June 2 2012. Opening Night Reception is
Saturday, May 12. All her students and friends are invited to
the Opening Night Reception, please come by to say "Hi".
